From a young age, Paul Patrikis developed a deep connection to the forest, discovering his passion for land management and conservation early in life. He earned his Eagle Scout rank as a teenager, demonstrating his commitment to service and environmental stewardship. Paul began his firefighting career in 2009, gaining valuable experience in wildfire suppression and prevention. His dedication led him to join the U.S. Forest Service in 2013, where he served as a wildland firefighter until 2016, working across diverse terrains and conditions to protect natural resources and communities. In 2018, after relocating to upstate South Carolina, Paul founded Paulie’s RX Burns, bringing his expertise and dedication to safe, environmentally responsible land management. His lifelong commitment to public service, safety, and ecological health fuels his work every day.
